Managed IT Services
End-to-end IT management that keeps your systems running at peak performance. From helpdesk support to infrastructure monitoring, we handle it all so you can focus on growth.
IT management that actually works
Most businesses do not need more technology. They need the technology they already own to work reliably, every day, without someone on staff spending their afternoons on hold with a vendor.
That is what managed IT is for. Lebtek takes ownership of your day-to-day technology operations — the monitoring, the patching, the tickets, the vendor calls — so the systems your team depends on stay boring and predictable. We have been doing this for Phoenix-area businesses since 2012: ~200 businesses served, across retainer clients, project work, and subcontract work for other firms. It is senior-led — you work directly with the engineer who designs, builds and runs your systems. No ticket queue, no handoffs.
We are vendor-neutral. We do not carry resale quotas that push you toward hardware you do not need, and we will tell you when the right answer is to keep what you have rather than replace it.
What comes off your plate
The bulk of managed IT is unglamorous and repetitive, which is exactly why it gets neglected. Left alone, small things compound: a backup that silently stopped running four months ago, a firewall still on firmware from two years back, a former employee whose account was never disabled.
- Helpdesk and support. Your team reports an issue and reaches someone who already knows your environment, rather than a script-reader who asks you to reboot and closes the ticket.
- Monitoring and alerting. We watch servers, network gear, endpoints, and cloud services continuously. Most issues surface as an alert on our side before anyone on your side notices.
- Patching and updates. Operating systems, firmware, and business applications on a tested schedule, not whenever someone remembers.
- Backup and recovery. Backups configured, monitored, and — the part most providers skip — restore-tested, so you know they work before you need them.
- Vendor coordination. When your ISP, phone system, or line-of-business software vendor is the problem, we make the calls and sit on hold instead of you.
Projects and infrastructure
Beyond day-to-day support, we take on projects from planning through handover, with everything documented when we are done. We have worked with a wide range of vendors, and we standardize each client on a consistent, documented set of equipment, which makes the environment easier to support, secure and replace.
- Infrastructure build-outs. Networks, servers and core systems stood up for a new office, or rebuilt properly for an existing one.
- Networking and physical infrastructure. Structured cabling, Wi-Fi, switches and firewalls, VPNs and secure remote access, plus security cameras and door access control.
- Server installation. Hardware and software installed, configured and documented, rather than left as a box nobody else understands.
- Virtualization. P2V and V2V projects on Proxmox, Hyper-V and VMware: moving physical servers onto virtual hosts, or from one virtualization platform to another.
- Disaster recovery and cloud backup. On-site and cloud backups, offsite copies and a written recovery plan, with restores tested so recovery is a procedure rather than a scramble.
- Apple device management. MDM for Mac, iPhone and iPad, so Apple devices are enrolled, secured and managed alongside everything else.
- Business phone systems. Selection, setup and cutover, coordinated with your carrier.
How an engagement starts
We begin with a documented assessment of what you actually have: networks, servers, endpoints, cloud tenants, licensing, and security posture. Many clients find this valuable on its own, because nobody has written it down in years and the person who set it up has since left.
From there we build a plan that separates the urgent from the eventual. Some items get fixed in the first week. Others belong on a roadmap with a budget attached, and we will say so rather than bundling everything into one alarming quote.
Who this fits
Our managed IT work suits small and mid-sized organizations in the Phoenix metro that need dependable support without carrying a full internal department. That includes companies with no IT staff at all, and companies with one or two internal people who are stretched thin and need the routine load handled so they can work on projects that matter.
It is a poor fit if you are shopping strictly on hourly rate. Break-fix billing rewards a provider when things go wrong; a monthly retainer rewards them when things go right. We prefer the second, and we are candid that it is not the cheapest line on your first invoice.
How pricing works
Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer. Pricing is kept simple and customized to what you actually need: the people and devices we support and the scope you choose. Project-based work is also available, scoped and quoted before any work starts. The free assessment is how you get a real number.
What is not on offer
We will not promise you a specific uptime percentage in a marketing headline. Real uptime depends on your hardware, your internet service, your software vendors, and your budget, and any provider quoting a universal number before seeing your environment is quoting a slogan. What we will do is agree on response targets in writing, report against them, and tell you the truth when something takes longer than it should.
A predictable first quarter, then quiet
Assessment
We document your networks, servers, endpoints, cloud tenants, licensing, and security gaps, and hand you the write-up whether or not you hire us.
Stabilize
Urgent items get fixed first — failing backups, unpatched systems, orphaned accounts, anything actively exposing you.
Standardize
Monitoring, documentation, and patch schedules go in place so the environment becomes something we manage rather than react to.
Review
Regular reporting and periodic business reviews keep the roadmap and the budget aligned with where your company is actually headed.
Managed IT, answered plainly
Most clients work with Lebtek on a monthly retainer, priced simply and customized to the people and devices we support and the scope you choose. Because it depends on your environment, we quote after the assessment rather than publishing a per-seat number that would be wrong for most companies. Project-based work is also available, quoted separately and approved before we start.
Usually not. A common arrangement is that we absorb the routine load — tickets, patching, monitoring, vendor calls — while your internal person focuses on the systems specific to your business. When a company has no IT staff, we become that function outright.
We agree on response targets in writing based on severity, and we report against them. Most issues are resolved remotely, which is why they close in minutes rather than waiting on a scheduled visit. Anything genuinely down is treated as such.
Remote-first, because it is faster for the majority of problems. When hardware needs hands — a failed switch, a new office, a server install — we schedule on-site visits anywhere in the Valley.
We inventory it and tell you what is fine, what needs attention, and what is genuinely at end of life. Being vendor-neutral means we have no incentive to declare working equipment obsolete.
Yes, and you leave with your documentation: network diagrams, credentials, licensing records, and configuration notes. Holding a client in place through an undocumented environment is a common industry practice and not one of ours.
